Our Mission

Our mission is to lovingly advance the Kingdom of God, and we understand the importance of using the right tools. We use four simple tools to fulfill our mission: Reconciling, Teaching, Empowering, and Deliverance. That’s what Jesus did, and that’s what we do.

You

On behalf of Pastor Willie J. Hunter, Jr. and First Lady Shauna Cobb-Hunter, we cordially invite you to experience the ministry of St. Mary’s Free Will Baptist Church.  Come feel the presence of God, and discover what you’ve been looking for.  We are a church you’ll be proud to call

“home.”

Us

St. Mary’s is a growing church in a growing community. Conveniently located in the heart of southern Wake County, St. Mary’s is a short travel from Cary, Durham, and Raleigh. We care about the families in our community, for the family unit is the core of the church.  Therefore, we offer an exciting children’s ministry, so everyone can enjoy the Lord!

Him

We are a church that puts Jesus first.  We aim to glorify Jesus through every worship and teaching experience. Join us as we create an atmosphere where Jesus will feel comfortable.

Our Beliefs
