What are the prerequisites for God’s blessings?  Does your life need to be smooth sailing or a flowery bed of ease?  Absolutely not!  God has so much power that He can bless you in the best and worst of times.

I’m writing to encourage those who feel your life isn’t optimally positioned for the miraculous.  Notice what happened to the Israelites.  They were severely oppressed by the Egyptians, but they kept growing in size. God kept fulfilling the promise He gave Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the midst of a horrible condition.

God gave the Israelites addition (increase, growth) in their condition.  I believe He’s doing the same thing for you!  Shift your attention from what’s happening to you and onto what’s happening in you.  If you’re careful, you’ll see that you’re more patient, prayerful, and powerful than you were before.  God is giving you addition in your condition.  Keep trusting Him for continued growth and the eventual end of your condition.
